Length - 3 to 6 hours per week
The Junior Development program for Girls is solely for young children who show high potential, and have either come through the Accelerate Program or have been selected by the Coordinator
The program is accelerated and is highly physically demanding
It is not a recreational program and therefore involves increased training hours from a young age and has a strong future competitive focus
Pertinent to the program is the development of correct technique and body tension in all skills learned and as a result the program is very discipline focused with high coach expectations for quality work and consistency
It involves a large component of strength orientated activities right from the beginning and requires good concentration on the child’s behalf
